We are appointing partners across the Adriatic and the wider Balkans — in marinas and shipyards for marine work, and in established studios for automotive.
Most coating brands in this region are sold as a box of product with a price list attached. That works until the first customer asks who stands behind the job, and there is no answer.
What we are building instead is a small number of partners with defined areas, real training, and access to the manufacturer's warranty registration system — the thing that lets you charge a professional price instead of competing on how cheap a polish can be.
Hands-on training on the products, on surface preparation, and on the failure modes that matter. Marine and automotive are certified separately because they are different disciplines with different substrates and different working conditions.
Exclusivity is granted over a city or a cluster of marinas, not a whole country. This is deliberate. One partner cannot physically cover the Croatian coast from Istria to Dubrovnik, and pretending otherwise leaves most of it unserved while blocking anyone else from working it.
Product held inside the region rather than ordered from another continent every time a job comes in. For partners outside the EU we structure supply so the customs side is predictable rather than a surprise on every shipment.
The commercial heart of the programme. Registering work against a hull or a VIN with the manufacturer changes the conversation with the customer, and it is the reason a coating job is not priced like a wax.
Enquiries that reach us from a partner's territory are passed to that partner. We are honest about the scale of this: it is a supplement to your own sales, not a substitute for them.

Notice what is not on that list: brand new businesses looking for a franchise to tell them what to do. This programme adds a product line and a credential to an operation that already works. It is not a business in a box.
The photo protocol is the part people query most. It exists because we register warranties on your work — if a claim comes back, the documentation is what settles it. It also gives you a portfolio you would otherwise never get around to building.

Twelve months is intentional. It is long enough for you to build something and short enough that a territory does not sit blocked by a partner who has stopped working it.
